Welcoming people to our table is one of the most powerful ways to break down boundaries and open ourselves to new cultures, ideas and experiences.
Cooking creatively opens up a world of connections - to the sensory, to land and produce, and to our history… Even when that history is less than comfortable. It is also an opportunity to build confidence, skills and work collaboratively, to those who are often denied a seat at the table.

I facilitate, train cooks and run Surplus-based, volunteer-led community meals
working with local farms and growers to engage local community with their food system.
Championing and showcasing the food, talent and culture of marginalised groups - such refugee and diaspora communities.

Specialist workshops - including fermenting, picking and preserving, bread making, garnishing pasta making and using foraged foods
Private lessons - learn how to maximise your home-cooking though learning new flavours, techniques and global inspirations. I can tailor lessons to your skill level, budget and taste.
Pay it forward… With all my commercial workshops I try and make sure that there are a few spaces that are available for free for those that are keen to learn, but don’t quite have the funds.
Private catering & Events - world inspired food, using incredible produce
Large events such as weddings, festivals, birthday parties or other celebrations… Always celebrating the land and produce, and drawing on dishes from around the world for inspirations.
From simple, rustic field-to-fork meals, to Tudor-style banquets with dishes from around the word - I offer fine dining experiences tailored to your tases and budget.
